Hornbeck Offshore

In April 2016, the Core team brought the second of four MacGregor cranes associated with the Hornbeck MacGregor Crane Project out of long-term, off-berth storage. The crane was moved to the dock using 44 lines of self-propelled modular transporters (SPMTs). Core’s heavy-lift crane was used to load and install the 550-ton crane onto the Woodland HOS, one of Hornbeck’s newly built offshore service vessels.

Shell Stones Project

In November of 2015, Core started the work for Technip on the Shells Stones Project. The Shells Stones Project consisted of the offloading and storage of 80 Containers for Technip. This project required the use of Core’s 100t R/T crane as well as one of Core’s extensive supply of forklifts. The containers are stacked and stored in Core’s expansive outside storage space and will be removed periodically at Technip’s request. Core has nearly 400 acres of adaptable land ready for any client request.
