Unloading Fertilizer Barge(s)
Nutrien Ag Solutions commissioned Core Industries to unload fertilizer barges to trucks. Trucks were provided by the customer. The job took one day to complete. Core Industries is known for their ability to handle all types of break bulk material.
Ilenao: Offloading Clinker
In April 2020 Core offloaded 44,000 Metric Tons of clinker to barge using our Piner Smag buckets. The job was completed in 3 days. Core provided all of the labor and equipment including crane operators, flaggers, track hoe’s and operators.
Suction Pile Loadout: February 2020
In February 2020 Core loaded out one (110 ton) suction pile to the Harvey Provider for Subsea Seven. The suction pile had been in storage since late December along with 6 more. Core will approximately have 22 piles stored at our dock before this project is complete.
Saipem Constellation: Loading Reels

Discharging Copper Slag
In January 2020 Core Industries discharged 50,000 tons of copper slag. Copper slag is a material commonly known as black beauty or sandblasting sand. The slag was discharged into hoppers, loaded into trucks and transported to Mobile Abrasives. Core provided all the necessary facilities, personnel and equipment to discharge the copper slag efficiently and economically.
